113年度廠務歲修

廠務系統年度維修：113年1月31日~2月6日，各設備將於1月30日(二)下午4：00前完成關機。2月7日~2月15日春節封館。2月16日上午10：00廠務系統恢復運轉。門禁管制時間：1月30日(二)下午4：00~2月16日(五)上午10：00。
From Jan. 31 to Feb. 6 , the fab will be in maintenance. The Building will be shutdown for Lunar New Year vacation from Feb.7 to Feb.15. The fab system will be resumed at 10:00 in Feb. 16. All of facilities will be shutdown before 16:00 in Jan, 30. The access control of the building will be from 16:00, 2024/1/30 to 10:00, 2024/2/16. Please check with administrators for the resumed time table of each equipment.
