由於FIB Ga source 有問題導致 I-GUN高壓漏電, 需重新更換Ga Source, FIB 暫時停用!
Due to the problem of FIB Ga Source, there is the current leakage of the suppressor unit of FIB I-Gun. FIB is not available before the Ga source is replaced.
儀器預約 Online Booking
- 取消預約須於各儀器規定時間內告知，違者停止預約資格 1 個月。
Reservation cancellation must be made in advance. Those failing to do so will not be eligible to make reservations for one month. - 一年內累積爽約 3 次，停止預約資格 6 個月。
Those who fail to show up for their reservations three times in one year will be deemed ineligible for reservations for six months. - 儀器使用規則請詳見奈米科技中心實驗室管理懲處條例。
