廠務系統年度維修：115年1月29日~2月23日，各設備將於1月29日(四)下午4：00前完成關機。1月29日~2月23日全面封館。2月23日上午10：00廠務系統恢復運轉。門禁管制時間：1月29日(四)下午4：00~2月23日(一)上午10：00。各儀器復機時程請與儀器管理員洽詢。
From Jan. 29 to Feb. 4, the fab will be in maintenance. The building will be closed from Jan. 29 to Feb. 23. The fab system will be resumed at 10:00 in Feb. 23. All of facilities will be shutdown before 16:00 in Jan. 29. The access control of the building will be from 16:00, 2026/1/29 to 10:00, 2026/2/23. Please check with administrators for the resumed time table of each equipment.
