廠務系統年度維修：114年1月16日~2月4日，各設備將於1月16日(二)下午4：00前完成關機。1月24日~2月3日春節封館。2月4日上午10：00廠務系統恢復運轉。門禁管制時間：1月16日(四)下午4：00~2月4日(二)上午10：00。
From Jan. 16 to Feb. 4, the fab will be in maintenance. The Building will be shutdown for Lunar New Year vacation from Jan. 24 to Feb. 3. The fab system will be resumed at 10:00 in Feb. 4. All of facilities will be shutdown before 16:00 in Jan. 16. The access control of the building will be from 16:00, 2025/1/16 to 10:00, 2025/2/4. Please check with administrators for the resumed time table of each equipment.
