115/1/10(六)停電進行饋線年度維修，各設備將於1/9(五)下午4：00前完成關機，廠務系統將於下午4：00停止運轉。1/12(一)上午10：00廠務系統恢復運轉。門禁管制：1/9下午4：00 ~ 1/12上午10：00。各儀器復機時間請洽管理員。
In Jan. 10, 2026, this building will be in electricity maintenance. All of facilities will be shutdown before 16:00 in Jan, 9, 2026. The fab operation system will be stopped at 16:00 in Jan. 9, 2026 and resumed at 10:00 in Jan. 12, 2026. The access control of the building will be from 16:00, 2026/1/9 to 10:00, 2026/1/12. Please check with administrators for the resumed time table of each equipment.
